Eighteen Visions is an American metalcore band hailing from Orange County, California. They were formed in October 1995 and have experienced several phases of activity. Heres a brief overview:

1. Beginnings and Early Years (19952000):

   • The band was founded by James Hart, Dave Peters, Billy Sisler, and Kenneth Floyd under the name Macabre.
   • Their debut release, Lifeless, came out in 1997.
   • In 1999, they released their first full-length album, Yesterday Is Time Killed.
   • During this period, they transitioned to the name Eighteen Visions.

2. Major Label Debut and Breakup (20002007):

   • In 2000, they signed with Trustkill Records and gained attention.
   • Their major label debut was released through Epic and Trustkill Records.
   • Unfortunately, the band broke up in April 2007.

3. Reunion and Recent Activity (2017present):

   • After over a decade of absence, Eighteen Visions reformed in 2017.
   • They announced their sixth album, XVIII, which was released via Rise Records.

The bands sound blends metalcore, alternative rock, post-hardcore, and hardcore punk.
